How To Find Your Router IP Address

Instructions to get your wireless router IP address

Find Router IP Address on Windows

1 – Press Win + r
2 – Type here cmd and press enter
3 – Type in command prompt : ipconfig | findstr /i "Gateway" press enter
4 – That’s it! Your default IP will be on your screen.


Find Router IP Address on OSX

1 – Open OSX Terminal: Finder > Applications > Utilities > Terminal
2 – Type: netstat -nr | grep default and press enter.
3 – Your router’s IP address will be shown here.


Find Router IP Address on Linux

1 – Open a terminal window
2 – Type : ip route | grep default and press enter.
3 – Your router’s IP address will be on your screen.
